Producers who want to grow Roundup Ready alfalfa will have to wait awhile longer. Following a lawsuit filed by the Center for Food Safety a year ago, Roundup Ready alfalfa was re-regulated while an environmental impact statement is completed. That process is expected to take another year or two.

Organic Chickens I spent Saturday night until 10pm and Sunday afternoon after the 3 1/2 hour Smith Run getting the coop ready—p ... And, Sunday night we picked up 9 laying chickens (about a 1-2 laying years left in 'em) from my buddy Karl in Alfalfa....
